In 1972, Mountain States Marketing and Sales debuted in the floor covering business by becoming mill agent for a single line of carpet. The business soon expanded to selling supplies and sundries to the increasingly demanding flooring industry. The focus of the company was to be committed to the principle that good products and quality service are the keys to a successful company. This is a principle still in use today.
